1.Oversee daily exhibition-related tasks, such as resource allocation, budget administration, and communication with artists, designers, and partner organisations.

2.Contribute to the coordination and planning of public relations initiatives, such as workshops and guided visits, that aim to increase public awareness of the arts and culture.
​
3.In charge of conducting extensive research on artworks, historical contexts, and themes, as well as composing press releases and exhibition interpretation material for use with the media. This includes the creation of labels, interpretation wall panels, and exhibition guide books.

1.Communicating with venue administrators to ensure that the exhibition space's arrangement and decoration conform to the artist's specifications, and that the artwork is presented and displayed in accordance with expectations.
